Tysons Central is being developed as a mixed-use project consisting of office, hotel, retail and residential components totaling approximately 1.5 million square feet and is located directly adjacent to the new Metro Station on Route 7 in the center of Tysons Corner. Lennar Multifamily Communities (“LMC”) developed a 400+ unit high-rise apartment building which delivered in 2019 and is 95% leased. Foulger-Pratt is developing a 380,000 square foot office building which will be completed in 2021. There are two additional development sites, one is hotel/residential and the second is another apartment development.
