Located in the center of the Woodley Park Historic District on Connecticut Avenue and originally developed in the early 20th Century by Harry Wardman, this project consists of 39 condominium residences located partly in the original townhouse buildings and partly in a new, adjacent seven-story tower. The Woodley-Wardman Condominium offers an exquisite example of history made modern.
